DEL REY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT

The Del Rey Community Services District is the local government of the unincorporated city of Del Rey which provides services addressing water land use, circulation, housing, conservation, open space, noise, and safety. The Del Rey Community Services District provides water and sewer services and maintains drainage basins, street lighting in the community, two parks, the Community Hall Elementary School, a Senior Center, and an information center.

The district focuses on increasing the profitability and sustainability of the community as a whole. Focusing on aspects such as agriculture and residential development, The Del Rey Community Services District annually reviews budgets and sets new goals to achieve the highest standards of living for its community.

Most recently, opportunities for increased residential development and pedestrian safety have been reviewed. Community development plans are annually revised to project growth and set new goals to increase economic vitality for years to come.
